DOSARELUL is the trade name of MYSTIC SCENTS SRL, a legal entity with registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Intrarea Gheorghe Simionescu, No. 19, ap. B26, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2023002307407, having VAT code 47594295, hereinafter referred to as “DOSARELUL”.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully to ensure the best use of the website. Using this website implies tacit acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below, which constitute the agreement (contract) between the parties.
As the author/owner/administrator of www.dosarelul.ro, MYSTIC SCENTS reserves the right to change and update the content at any time, as well as the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. MYSTIC SCENTS grants the user limited access to www.dosarelul.ro for personal use (placing online orders or obtaining information) and does not confer the right to download or modify the website, in whole or in part; to reproduce the website, in whole or in part; to copy, sell/resell, or otherwise exploit the site for commercial purposes or in ways contrary to the interests of MYSTIC SCENTS, without its prior written consent.
The databases, software, and graphic elements are the property of MYSTIC SCENTS SRL or, as the case may be, of the suppliers of the products offered through the site, and are protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as amended.
Copying, storing, or modifying the website, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and is punishable under the applicable copyright laws. As a user, you fully agree with the above.
Complaints
If you notice any infringement of copyright, receive counterfeit products, or any violation of trademark rights, please inform us at: contact@dosarelul.ro. DOSARELUL will respond to your complaint within a maximum of 2 business days.
Security of Personal Data
In accordance with Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, the information you provide will be used by MYSTIC SCENTS exclusively for the stated purposes of the site. Thus, the data in the order form will be used only to send you order confirmations, promotions, and periodic newsletters (from which you can unsubscribe at any time if you no longer agree to receive such information), for invoicing, and for the delivery of orders, etc.
You are not obliged to provide personal data; however, refusal makes it impossible to process the order and deliver the products. The recorded information is intended for use by the MYSTIC SCENTS team.
You have the right to access and rectify your data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to seek justice. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request deletion from our database. To exercise these rights, you can contact MYSTIC SCENTS SRL with a written, dated, and signed request. MYSTIC SCENTS SRL undertakes not to make public or sell databases containing information related to our customers’ personal data. If your data is to be used for campaigns, your explicit consent will be requested.
MYSTIC SCENTS does not send unsolicited messages to its customers. Any periodic message sent contains our identification data as well as a valid unsubscribe procedure.

Product Warranty
The products sold by MYSTIC SCENTS are not counterfeit.
MYSTIC SCENTS guarantees the integrity of the products ordered from the site during transport, until the time of delivery.
User Registration Obligations
To use the service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
Payment and Delivery of Products
The courier used to ship each order is determined by MYSTIC SCENTS SRL.
Delivery is made within 3–5 business days from order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The dispatch time by MYSTIC SCENTS SRL will be confirmed for each order individually, depending on product availability, overall order volume, and the method of payment. The actual delivery time may be influenced by the courier’s transit time.
Delivery to address, in any locality in Romania, is free for orders of at least 250 lei. For orders under 250 lei, the delivery fee is 25 lei.
* Exception: The standard delivery cost is 25 lei for shipments with a total weight of up to 31 kg. For orders of at least 250 lei, delivery is free for shipments up to 31 kg. For parcels that exceed 31 kg, fixed rates apply by weight band, regardless of the order value:
- 0–31 kg → 25 lei (free for orders ≥ 250 lei)
- 32–40 kg → 40 lei
- 41–50 kg → 45 lei
- 51–100 kg → 85 lei
- 101–200 kg → 190 lei
- 201–400 kg → 320 lei
- 401–600 kg → 730 lei
- 601–800 kg → 1,050 lei
- >800 kg → individually quoted rate (contact).
Payment for the ordered products can be made as follows: For deliveries to address – by bank transfer in advance or online card payment.
Payment by bank transfer is made on the basis of the proforma invoice issued upon completion of an order. The products will be dispatched only after proof of payment to MYSTIC SCENTS SRL is provided.
If you opt for online card payment, the processing of your card data is done through NETOPIA mobilPay , and MYSTIC SCENTS SRL does not request or store any details related to your card.
Return of Products Purchased at a Distance
Under GEO (O.U.G.) 34/2014, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint regarding the products or services offered by MYSTIC SCENTS, please email us at: contact@dosarelul.ro. Any dispute between customers and the company will be resolved amicably, by mutual agreement between the parties. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts, in accordance with the law in force.
Other Terms
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MYSTIC SCENTS for the use of this site.
MYSTIC SCENTS periodically verifies the accuracy of the information on the site, but offers no warranty—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—regarding the content and availability of the site.
In the event of a human error whereby a product price has been entered incorrectly in our online store, we are not obliged to supply that product at the erroneous price and will inform you of this before delivering the order. In such a case, we will communicate the new correct price, and you will decide whether you wish to purchase the product at that price.
Product photos displayed on the site are for information only and may include accessories not included in the packages; the price or certain specifications may be changed by the manufacturer without notice, or there may be operating errors.
