Refund policy

Regardless of whether you made the purchase as an individual (consumer) or on behalf of a company (legal entity), you benefit from the right to return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product or the last item (in the case of a product delivered in several lots or pieces), for any product purchased on www.dosarelul.ro, pursuant to Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) 34/2014.

For the return to be accepted without additional costs, the product must be in the same condition as delivered: unused, with no signs of wear, no dents or scratches, accompanied by all accessories with which it was delivered, in the original packaging plus additional packaging to ensure safe transport, if applicable.

To return a product, regardless of the reason, you can select it by accessing your order history in your customer account, available at  www.contulmeu.dosarelul.ro.

You may choose to return products by courier (a courier will pick up the parcel from the address you indicate).

The return of products will be at the customer’s expense. Products returned by courier must be sent without cash-on-delivery (no COD).

MYSTIC SCENTS SRL will refund the value of the order within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the return. The amount refunded to the customer does not include transportation and cash-on-delivery fees. If the transportation costs were initially included in the price of the products, these will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer based on the receipt showing the shipping costs.

After the returned product is inspected, its value will be refunded or offset against the delivery of other products chosen by you.

The amount will be refunded as follows:

      -   by returning the funds to the account from which the payment was made

      -   by bank transfer

The return will be processed within 14 days from the date the product is received by MYSTIC SCENTS SRL.
